1Agreement
By creating an account or using qr-th.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by QR-TH. If you use the Service for a business or organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2What the Service does
QR-TH lets you create QR codes, short links that can be edited later (dynamic codes), hosted pages such as menus and link-in-bio pages, scan statistics, team workspaces and an API. Some features are only available on paid plans. We may add, change or remove features, and we will tell you in advance when a change significantly reduces a paid feature you use.
3Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your e-mail address up to date.
- Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity in your account and in workspaces you own.
- You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country, or use the Service with permission from a parent or guardian.
- One person or organisation may not create accounts to get around plan limits.
4Acceptable use
You may not use QR-TH to create, link to or host:
- phishing, scams, malware, or pages that trick people into giving money or personal data;
- illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
- spam, deceptive advertising or impersonation of another person or brand;
- sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hatred.
We check links against known unsafe sites when you save them and again every night. We may block a link, disable a QR code, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, without notice when people are at risk. You can report abuse at support@qr-th.com.
5Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add to QR-TH, including links, text, images, PDFs and videos. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only so we can run the Service for you (for example, to show your menu page to people who scan your code). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
6Plans, payments and refunds
- Prices are shown on our website before you pay. Paid plans are charged in advance for one month or one year and do not renew automatically.
- Payments can be made by PromptPay transfer, through Omise or through Stripe, depending on what is available. We never see or store your full card number.
- When a paid plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Your existing codes keep their data, but you cannot create more than the Free plan allows, and statistics history follows the Free plan limit.
- Because a plan starts immediately, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we could not provide the Service. If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us within 7 days.
7Static and dynamic QR codes
Static QR codes contain your data directly and keep working without QR-TH. Dynamic QR codes and hosted pages work through our servers, so they stop working if they are paused, expire, reach their scan limit, are deleted, or if your account is closed. We work hard to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Test your codes before printing and keep your own copy of important content.
8API, teams and custom domains
API keys are personal to your account and subject to rate limits shown in your dashboard. Team members you invite can see or edit the codes in your workspace according to the role you give them. You may only connect domains that you own or control.
9Third-party services
Some features rely on other companies, such as Google and LINE for sign-in, Stripe and Omise for payments, and Google Safe Browsing for link checks. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those features.
10Ending your use
You can stop using QR-TH at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@qr-th.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms. When an account is closed, its dynamic codes and hosted pages stop working.
11Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or reprinting costs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
12Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by e-mail or on the website before it takes effect.
13Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use its courts. Questions about these Terms? Write to support@qr-th.com or use our contact page.
