Is my picture uploaded anywhere?

Why won't my QR code scan?

Add more light, hold the phone steady and move closer so the code fills the frame. A blurry, very small or damaged code may not be readable.

Can I scan a QR code on a laptop?

How do PromptPay codes work?

Enter a phone number, 13-digit national ID or e-wallet ID. Add an amount to fix the price, or leave it blank so the payer types it in.

Will a logo break my code?

Not with High error correction, which QR-TH switches on automatically when you add a logo. Keep the logo under 40% of the width.
